He hears me at the last minute and he turns, and I do like a flying sidekick into his sternum area.

And he goes down, he bends his body over, and he comes up

with the gun. And he and I are literally, our gun muzzles are almost touching, and we both fire

at exactly the same time. I fired two rounds and then the nightmare that we all have actually

have in my gun jam. And I'm in a toe-to-to-to-gun fight.

I wasn't wearing my body on.

I fired my guns.

My gun's going click, click, click.

His is going boom, boom, boom.

And I remember thinking, this is what's like to die.

And I got no place to go.

I'm in the middle of a parking lot.

I roll onto my back and I'm twisting from side to side, trying to get my gun to work,

and he's trying to shoot. And little pieces of asphalt are hitting me in the head, and I'm going, is that the one?
