I hope that you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving if you celebrate Thanksgiving. It was a crazy week in the Halverson household with lots of cousins in town and lots of people

and all the feelings and emotions that

come with being together with a lot of people. I love my family, but sometimes it can just get

really crazy. I am the youngest of seven kids. I actually have five older brothers and one sister,

and so I have grown up being around lots of people and I love people, even though

sometimes it can make me a little bit anxious or overwhelmed or feel stressed out. I know for a lot of

you, holidays can be stressful, even if you love the people you are around. Okay. So if you need help

during this holiday season, because I know Christmas and New Year's are coming up next, there are two episodes I did to help you out.

So episode 136, I did talks about holiday stress, and then there's episode 87, which talks about family conflict.

I did each of those episodes the last two years during this time of year. So go listen
