connected. Thank you for joining me for today's investigation in episode 190, where we're going to

pause the Menendez case just for a moment as Dominic Dunn was experiencing it in 1993 to roll back a

decade or so. If the murders of Jose and Kitty Menendez were the closing act in Beverly Hills

murders by youths, the opening act was with the crimes of Joe Hunt and his buddies in the billionaire boys club.

Remember in the last episode, the Menendez prosecution alluded to the billionaire's boys club, the BBC, and Leslie Abramson hit the route.

Why? Well, it turns out our Joe Hunt was the poster on the wall for Lyle and Eric Menendez.

His was the big crime in the early 1980s in Beverly Hills, through the courts just in time

for a mini-series to be released about all of

his dirty deeds in 1997, starring Judd Nelson as Joe Hunt, among some other notable names.

It was this miniseries that re-aired on NBC three weeks before the murders of Jose and Kitty,

and I think the parallels between these two cases just might spook you a little.

Our man Nick did cover the case of the Billionaire's Boys Club and Joe Hunt

in his power privilege and justice television series all the way back in 2002 in its first season,

episode two. Today, we're going to cover this case through Dominic Dunn's coverage and, of course,

some other interesting spider webs that have been revealed in my research.
