As I'm recording this podcast, we are very much in the midst of our new reality and I've been getting a lot of

emotionally I've been hearing from people that their relationships are struggling due to this

new reality. And this is just a really challenging time. And so I did kind of an emergency

podcast that I released on Friday, just with some stopgap ideas. But since then, I have had, again, a number of people

reach out. We did a fun Instagram live thing earlier today that I had actually intended to

record and use that as a podcast. And it did not. There were so many unforeseen things because I personally

am dealing with coronavirus life just like everybody else is. My son is out of school. And instead of

spending the morning prepping for my Instagram live event the way I usually would have. I was printing

out little PDFs and worksheets that my son could sit at the table and do because he's not going

to school. So it's impacting me too. And we're going to talk about it today about how to manage the stress, the new situations that we are all collectively having to figure out how to deal with.
