| 1:13.4 | So when I was in there, we did help. |
| 1:16.7 | I worked on the help desk, sysadmin, a team leader the health desk, a team lead of the |
| 1:23.3 | system administrators group was a sand guy for a while, then, you know, then basically moved |
| 1:32.4 | it more into the management and started management about the infrastructure, and then management |
| 1:36.5 | of the support, and then became a director, which basically took over the telecom network, |
| 1:43.2 | infrastructure, support all in one. |
| 1:46.2 | So that was, that's, you know, to sum it up quickly, that's the, that's my link care experience, |
| 1:54.0 | but that spanned over a period of 16 years. |
