Summary
It’s so easy to get caught up trying to “fix” our circumstances, relationships or friendships instead of fixing our gaze on Jesus–the only one who can, and someday will, truly fix everything in this broken world. Stop rushing into situations in an attempt to “fix” everything. Instead, breathe, be still, and remember what I’ve reminded you of before: there’s a difference between being still and being stagnant. If you’re feeling discouraged or overwhelmed by a storm or valley in your life, remember that you’re a human with a limited capacity. Instead of putting pressure on yourself to achieve what only God can, seek Him wholeheartedly. Don’t try to climb your mountains alone. With open eyes and a thankful heart, surrender to our God who moves mountains.
We hope that you enjoy this episode.

| 0:00.0 | Hey everyone, welcome to another episode of Monday Meditations. It's March and it's officially Easter month. So to set our intentions off right, especially for this week, the word we're going to meditate on is fix. I know it's kind of a random word to meditate on, but bear with me here. It's so easy to get caught up trying to fix our circumstances, |
| 0:23.0 | our relationships, our friendships, instead of fixing our gaze on Jesus. The only one who can |
| 0:30.4 | and someday will truly fix everything in this broken world. Stop rushing into situations in an attempt to, quote unquote, fix |
| 0:40.3 | everything. I know that's a very common thing to do as a human, especially as a woman, but instead, |
| 0:45.7 | just breathe, be still and remember what I've reminded you of before. There is a difference between |
| 0:51.9 | being still and being stagnant, being still before the Lord |
| 0:56.6 | and laying everything at his feet and being stagnant and having no movement in your faith life. |
| 1:02.1 | Sometimes it's best to let God fight the battle. I know it's hard, but we all have face times |
| 1:07.7 | when we've done what we can do and we need to trust him to handle the rest. |
| 1:11.9 | This posture of stillness and surrender is a profound way to be able to experience the preciousness |
| 1:18.3 | and the richness of our salvation. |
| 1:21.5 | Right this moment, and you can rest in the joy and knowledge that you are loved perfectly |
| 1:26.3 | and constantly by your creator. You are |
| 1:29.7 | clothed in his righteousness and nothing. Not even the darkest and deepest trials and tribulations |
| 1:35.7 | can ever separate you from Christ. If you're feeling discouraged or overwhelmed by a storm or a valley |
| 1:42.8 | in your life, remember that you're a human with |
| 1:45.4 | a limited capacity. Instead of putting pressure on yourself to achieve what only God can, seek him |
| 1:51.6 | wholeheartedly. Ultimately, all things will be fixed because we fix our eyes on him. Instead of |
| 1:58.1 | looking inward, look upward at his face. Look into your Bible. Look at the |
| 2:03.6 | smiles on the faces of your children, your spouse, or your best friend. Fix your gaze upon |
| 2:10.1 | the blessings that God has bestowed on you and your loved ones. Take in the precious gifts. |
| 2:16.1 | He has entrusted to you and the opportunities he's |
