I'm kind of all over the place today but in a really good way

And I think it's pretty fitting with what I want to talk about today

I asked on an Instagram post

What should we talk about in today's episode?

And it just so happened that while I was reading the comments

I was thinking about how stressed out I was that I wasn't staying motivated

And I couldn't stay consistent with anything

And the first comment that I read was moments in staying motivated

And I thought about it and I was like holy crap

You know this would be a really good episode to do

While I'm also on the journey of figuring out how to stay motivated

Because it just makes me feel better seeing comments like that

And understanding that people kind of have the same issues that I do

And the same weird brain waves and just I don't know
