already and today we're going to talk about some healing.

We all could use a little healing and we all could need to figure out how to do this correctly.

The game's been out for a while. Obviously new people

are getting into the game all the time, so I still see people making this

mistake, so I want to try to correct for some people and this is, you know, healing and using your shields.

So we'll just kind of go through this one by one.

So first off, when you, you know, your health is getting low you want to healed you pick up some

bandages bandages will heal you you can heal up to 75 health with bandages alone

each bandage you use is going to restore 15 health for you. It's going to take you four seconds to use so make sure you know you have a

little bit of cover when you go when you start

using this bandage you know when you pick them up you're gonna pick them up in a

stack of five so you'll have five bandages when you first pick them up

when you first pick them up. And again, plus 15 health for each one you get and you can

go up to 75 health. The only way you're going to get back up to 100 health is if you pick up a med kit, the med kit will

automatically hew up to back to 100, but it's going to take you 10 seconds to you so you really want to make sure you're in a to
