0:46.6	Sandy is an Emmy-nominated SAG-AFTRA actress, singer, producer, author, coach, and child welfare advocate who has starred in over 60 American TV series, many series, and major motion pictures.

1:26.6	Hi Sandy, it's so good to be here.
1:28.6	I have been waiting for this interview when we sent it up a few months ago or however long ago it was and so glad it's finally here today.
1:38.6	Me too, I've been looking so forward to this and all of your followers, it'll be things of fun.
1:44.6	Yeah.
1:46.6	So you wrote this book The Interims and I just told you I've started reading it. I'm only on the first chapter.
1:54.6	So talk a little bit about that because I have a feeling that's going to direct the rest of our conversation.
2:01.6	Well, I've always written since I was a little girl, it was the first, my first love was writing.
2:07.6	I just love everything about learning and writing and you know, I've been an actress for many years, for a few decades.
2:15.6	And I was very fortunate to work in wonderful films, it's just amazing people and TV shows and series.
2:22.6	And I went to LA, I was back and forth because I owned a bed and breakfast that ended up living in for 10 years.
2:30.6	But anyway, I went back to live permanently in LA and I fell into this kind of depression because it was just a different time.
2:38.6	It was a different time period, all the agents I talked to, it was just a different time, things were written differently.
