Tax credits are coming to an end and most people will be asked to apply for

universal credit instead. The Department for Work and Pensions is writing to Tax Credit claimants.

You won't be moved automatically, so look out for your letter explaining what you'll need to do and by when.

Eligibility criteria apply. Alan Davis is one of the UK's most beloved comics and now he's written a book called Just Ignore Him.

I read it without knowing anything much about its contents and found myself being

profoundly moved by the subject matter. It's been embargoed before its publication on the 3rd of

September, so in this podcast I could only

allude to some of the darker and more meaningful moments. So instead we

started out discussing the origins of his love for Arsenal.

You are a die-hard Arsenal fan,

and what comes across in the book that that is a legacy from your mom giving you a shirt or did she give it to you or was it around and you felt

she'd given it to you? Well I've always thought that it was given to me by her and that was my memory of it and that's one of the interesting things about

memories it's wrong most of the time and then I discovered some photographs from

1971 and there's my brother in the Arsenal shirt so he'd had it before me or as you say it was around and maybe it was a

maybe it was just a kind of a gray area who's I don't know what my mother's

allegiance were if there were any.

But my brother followed my father and has continued to do so.

And I just preferred the shirt. I like the white sleeves and the red.
