Hey everybody. So I had a couple of requests for some links for books on my website.

I forgot to put the link for Trapped in the Mirror, which was the book about narcissism.

It's on there now. And then someone asked me to put the link for Strong at the Broken Places,

which is a book I had talked about with Kathy a couple of episodes back.

Both of those are on my website as well as our current Book Club book that we're reading called Better than before.

One of my friends is a therapist who for years worked in sober living facilities, she ran sober living facilities and counseled people through her practice with addiction.

Her name is Amy, and she and Kathy,
