katy i am getting excited it's getting macworld time yes it is

i'm not sure when this will publish but tomorrow i'm getting on a plane and

heading up to San Francisco.

The goal is to publish before I get on a plane so hopefully that will happen.

Yeah it's going to be a good time I can't wait to go.

But today we're here to talk about one

password yeah this is another one of our one application one episode type

episodes which I think people tend to like and one password is certainly an application I'm very passionate about so I think we'll have enough to fill a show here

The thing about one password is it really changes the way that you handle your password security and we've talked about a little bit

in prior shows but I think it's worthy of its own show but first let's talk a bit about

the problem that led to one password.

You know, it used to be that most people I know,

for my case I did, has two or three passwords

because you can't remember them all.

So you've got the simple password that you use

for like the throwaway sites that where you're

logging into a forum or something and for me that used to be password that was

the password oh that's really bad yeah no it is And then I had one that was slightly more intense,

and then one that I thought was my high security password,

which got used on like banking sites and things like that.

And the practice is ridiculous because if someone cracks one of your three
