Hey everybody, we're out of power here, and today we're talking about the potential

0:10.4

impact of new regulatory credits that Tesla has reportedly applied for.

0:14.1

We also have tweets from Elon Musk on the status of autopilot and full self-driving,

0:18.0

unupdate on Gigabralin, news from Waymo, Cruise and Toyota, and we'll start by revisiting

0:23.0

the China April sales numbers that we discussed yesterday.

0:26.1

Rough day in the markets today, pretty much across the board, Tesla finishing down 4.4%

0:29.9

to $589.89, that compared to the NASDAQ down 2.7%.

0:34.9

ARC's innovation ETF down 3.7%, so Tesla fearing a little bit worse, but certainly not an outlier

0:40.1

1:04.0

included or excluded exports. One of the main factors for me leaning toward it being exclusive

1:09.2

of exports, and therefore a higher total number, was the export number for SAC passenger vehicles

1:14.1

being higher than the wholesale sales numbers, but unfortunately a commenter pointed out to me

1:18.0

that that was based on a missed translation, so the wholesale sales figure for SAC passenger

1:22.7

vehicles was actually 13,000 in four, rather than 1,304, so unfortunately that didn't give us

1:29.0

any more information about how Tesla sales compared to exports. So apologies for that.

1:33.5

Whenever I do find errors like that, I tweet them out at Tesla Podcast, so good reason to follow
