Well, good morning and beautiful. Welcome to a brand new day of life. Happy Wednesday, my friends. Gosh, it is so good to be with you today.

We traveled yesterday and I got to wake up in my mama's farmhouse in Missouri. I'm sitting on the front deck in a rocking chair listening to the cows this morning. It's absolutely delightful. I'm excited to be

here with you. We are going to continue what we started yesterday. So if you listened to yesterday's

episode that we called Look to God, we are studying Second Chronicles chapter 20, and we read the

entire story yesterday. So just as a quick recap, what we read yesterday was about King Jehoshaphat.

He's the king of Judah. And he's under attack. And there's all of these armies, the enemy armies have united

and they're all coming up against him. And he's warned of them on their way when they're

actually on their way. It's too late to prepare for battle like they're already there. And he's

very scared. And so he prays and yesterday's

devotional we really looked at this prayer he gathers all of his people together and he

prays and it's such a beautiful powerful prayer that begins with honoring God for who he is and then recognizing what God has done

in the past and then they place their eyes on God. They ask God for help and they say,

God, I don't know what to do. I am looking to you.

So we're going to pick up from there after he and the people all pray.

This is what happens.

One of the people within the group hears from the Lord.

And he says, okay, so we're picking up in verse 15. Okay, this is what the Lord says.

Do not be afraid. Do not be discouraged by this mighty army. For the battle is not yours, but gods. is so powerful you've heard that before right the battle is

not yours it's gods this is where this comes from okay it says uh tomorrow march out against them

and you will find them coming up through the ascent of ziz at the end of the valley that opens into the wilderness of Drul.

But you will not even need to fight.
