Okay, so I'm hiring my little niece, a 12 year old.

Yeah.

To do some work and stuff for me.

And so her mother wanted her to go through an actual

interview process. So I have a friend who's an HR person. She's sending her

through the process and she did an interview with her and we recorded it. And so she's

asking her questions. She did a wonderful job, but at one point she says to her,

Ariana, tell me, how are your listening skills? What are your listening skills like?

And she goes, medium. It's medium. It's medium. I really need to do better. She said I need to do better. I just, you know, sometimes in my own world, so I gotta work on that.

Yeah.

And I said, when we got done, I talked to my friend, I said, and that's why we're supposed to enter

the kingdom like children.

Yeah, honest self-assessment.

Yes, an adult would have tried to go around that no actually I'm still

stronger but a kid says no it's medium. Yeah and the honesty the honest

self-assessment means you don't just put yourself down right that's not

humility yeah that's exactly right yeah yeah'll still be all about you.
