I am joined by my co-host, executive producer, and good friend Craig Williams.

Craig, how are you today? Doing okay. How are you, Michael?

Oh, I'm doing fine. Thanks. Are you still full of corned beef and cabbage from last week?

No, I never got around to having any. I stuffed myself with Guinness stew and extra Guinness.

And yeah, I, I am feeling the bloat of the Irish.

I don't know if that's a thing, but I've got potatoes and beer and salt in me right now.

Oh, that's funny.

Yeah, I'm actually, I still have a lot of the veggies left over because I do a, yeah,

I throw in turnips and parsnips and celery and carrots and all kinds of stuff.

I have a whole lot of that leftover, but I'm out of corned beef and I'm thinking,

I might go to the store and get more corned beef and boil it up.

You know, because I love the veggie part of it.

I love the food. It's simple, but delicious.

I agree. I agree.
