amount of water from the body. It's a negative fluid balance. More goes out that comes in. You know

what happens when this happens? Your blood thickens. Your blood pressure can rise. It makes your organs work harder. It causes headaches, fatigue, irritability, anxiety. Think about this. This can impact your energy. And this energy is one of the eight key traits I talk about. A lot in these episodes, a lot in my book, Unstoppable.
