Okay, so this is the last episode that I'm going to be recording in the UK.

If you don't know, I've been in the UK for almost four weeks now.

Working part-time, I've taken a lot of time off, but I've also been working and it's been amazing it's such a

we we have my in-laws are British and they live in the northern part of England a place called Yorkshire and it is a

gorgeous place.

It's amazing kind of getaway and it's been ridiculously,

reinvigorating and refreshing.

And actually, that's kind of the topic for today's episode.

Like I feel so refreshed and so in touch with

a healthy state of mind that I wanted to do an episode that's kind of about

mental health, about the long game, about taking care of yourself, about how to

avoid burning out and you know quitting the race so to speak and

so that's what this episode's about this episode is going to be like the last

episode well to This episode is going to be like the last episode, well two episodes ago, which is kind of behind the scenes.

I'm going to record it all in one go.

We might have some interruptions.

You might hear some kids screaming in the background, people talking about cups of tea and

crumpets, that's true. These are things, these are the discussions that we're

There's you know in Yorkshire they mostly drink tea and and and beer.
