Alright, we’re back! It’s been a minute, and so much has changed since we last hung out. So this is a bit of a chaotic life update. First off—we’re moving! Big changes in like 3 days! I’m in a weird, messy war with myself. Who I’ve been vs. who I’m becoming—it’s exciting, it’s painful, and it’s definitely growth. I’m reading Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza. It’s helping me shed the version of myself I no longer want to be, and I’m sharing the practices that are making the biggest impact. There might be a (part-time) in-home daycare in the works. Big maybe, but it’s something I’m considering! (I miss my baby, ughhhh) My husband is pitching the idea of matching tattoos. He’s serious. I’m... undecided. I’m expanding my coaching practice. morning and am kind of at war with myself. And what I mean by that is I wake up and I am starting to
