Summary
On June 9th, 2019, Yingying Zhang, an exchange student at the University of Illinois, was kidnapped and murdered by a Brendt Allen Christensen, a former physicist graduate at the same university. Christensen mutilated, disemboweled, and disposed of Yingying's body in three separate trash bags before dumping her remains in a nearby dumpster.
