Welcome back. Today we're going to be talking about fat loss misconceptions.

These are things that people have kind of set in stone. It's black and white.

They think they automatically apply. And I'm going to explain while parts of them for some of them can be true, but it is not always true that there are different scenarios where they're actually 100% incorrect.

So we're going to break down these fat loss misconceptions and I think it's going to make a huge difference in your fitness journey.

And this is for people who aren't even necessarily trying to lose fat. If you are, that's fine, but even if you're trying to maintain or build muscle,

Before we get into today's topic, though, I do want to say the quality of your food does make a difference and this is one of the reasons that I love just ingredients.
