You want to know how mentally disturbed I am when I'm getting ready to do this show.

So we're on a time clock because the show is formatted for radio and we're very specific on our time cue.

So my methodology has always been, well I've always been picked on for it for the way I time out the show.

For a long time I actually put it on an iPad

and the only reason I used to know,

the only reason I used an iPad was to put a giant clock up

with a running time.

And then when we transition to having iPod elements on the show like this for example,

I switched over to my iPhone and I thought I'd share this with my coworkers as a little window

into my insecurities which by the way are now we're one week out from NOLA they will

slowly mount as we get to the show and then I will be in a total state of euphoria the night of the show.

It'll be very, very exciting.
