So Matt, I've done a real brief intro there, but tell people a little bit about who you

are and what it is that you do.

Yeah, so I struggled with obesity and depression for most of my life all the way from my teenage

years into my 20s and my 30s.

I struggled with weight loss for most of that time.

I've lost 75 pounds three times now after I gained it back twice.

And finally, in my mid 30s and in 2016, I lost the weight again.

And I've just kind of kept going.

First starting out with going to the gym, lifting weights, training a lot.

And then I found triathlon and I've challenged myself as a triathlete these past few
