I have to tell you a story.

Now what do I mean by that?

I had a really bad flu the last few days.

That's why I've been late getting the episode out and as you can

see my voice isn't all here. I about Thursday got hit by the flu that my son brought home from all of his little friends.

And I proceeded to be bedridden for four days, didn't eat, pretty much just drank bone broth, love bone broth, and it was bedridden.

Worst flu I've ever had came out of nowhere and hit me like a ton of bricks.

And of course I leaned on all the holistic medicine

that I know went to my chiropractor.

I had basically my husband carrying me to my chiropractor and he was so gracious

my chiropractor to come in on the weekend

just to see me.

And he ended up adjusting myself and my husband and my son and it made a world of difference and

then he told me that the reason my chiropractic medicine is predominantly here is actually because of the flu.

That there was a major flu and they noticed that those who were in the care of a

chiropractor survived and did much better.

And I certainly did. It was amazing because when the neurology is free, you know, is not impinged, then the body can flow and the energy can flow and it really made a difference.

I went home and I was able to sleep more and I mean I slept for days but we had this cough and this cough was so
