| 1:04.7 | And I could really relate to her because for a very long time, you would have heard me say the exact same thing. |

| 1:15.7 | I'm not comfortable with it. It's just who I am. |

| 1:19.8 | I really believe that it was written in my DNA that I came out of the womb this way as someone who didn't like change. |
| 1:28.4 | And so of course, it set me up for a lot of struggle in life because I was always trying to control everything. |
| 1:35.4 | And I always wanted to know what was coming around the corner and I could never feel secure otherwise. |
| 1:40.7 | And I have seen how transforming my relationship with alcohol has actually allowed me to really embrace change. |
| 1:50.4 | And how that has benefited so many areas of my life. |
