0:25.0	Well, I'm happy to say that since I have said that every proverb is rooted in the law
0:34.0	of God, I'm happy to say that every proverb is rooted and reveals the grace of God.
0:41.3	You know, if you ask the average believer, the average reader of Scripture, where they would go to learn about the grace of God,
0:52.3	I don't think anybody would say,
0:55.0	go to the Proverbs.
0:58.2	Because we just don't think of the Proverbs that way.
1:03.7	But the Proverbs teach us such beautiful things about God's grace.
1:10.9	Let me detail some of those things for you.
1:13.9	It's such a delight for me to be able to do this
1:17.8	because it's one of the things I love about the Proverbs,
1:22.7	how you just see this God of beautiful grace
1:26.4	behind the Proverbs.
1:30.0	First of all, the Proverbs revealed to us the Father-like love of God.
1:38.5	In fact, the format of the early part of Proverbs is a father giving instruction to his son.
1:48.1	Literally, that father is God.
1:50.9	Literally, we are the sons.
