said that she is at a 10 to 15 pound difference, which is phenomenal.

Now, off the bat, you might think, okay, well, that's what, nine months or so, 10 to 15 pounds

isn't much. But she also goes on to mention that she went from lifting 165 pounds in the deadlift to 245 pounds last week.

So she is building muscle over that time period.

I just want to talk for a second about what the scale actually does and why people hate on

the scale, why some people love the scale, why you shouldn't be overly obsessed with the scale.

The scale measures absolute weight. The scale doesn't care about your feelings. The scale doesn't

care about your habits. The scale doesn't care about your height. The scale doesn't care about

your body fat percentage. The scale doesn't. Scale doesn't care about your muscle mass. The scale is going to

measure whatever you put on it. So if you put a bucket of water, a small child, a human being,

a stack of books, it's going to say the same amount of force being pulled into the earth.
