Today we're super excited to welcome our guest, Michael Capone.

He started his career as a force in the nightclub and real estate industries in South Florida.

In 2010, he moved into an entirely different sector

when he organized efforts to bring humanitarian aid to Haiti

after the devastating earthquake that occurred there,

launching the nonprofit Global Empowerment Mission, also known as Gem.

Since then, Gem has responded to disasters in all 50 states,

50 countries, distributed over

$250 million in supplies, coordinated over 335 disaster mission trips, and built or repaired

more than 500 homes, 15 schools, and supported children in Haiti with their education

for the last decade.

That and so much more.

It's an astounding accomplishment, and today we welcome to the show, Michael.

Yes, we were just talking before that we met, I think, for the first time 12 years ago.

And we're very inspired by the work that you do. And one of the ideas that I often think about, you know, as you know, we teach spirituality

and we try to inspire people both to better their lives and to better our world.

an entire world.
