| 0:59.0 | You know when you think about your brain your brain has several different priorities. |
| 1:05.0 | Like number one is safety. Number two is to conserve calories in case there's an emergency. |

| 1:17.0 | And so when we think about our goals, we're thinking about pleasure, |
| 1:21.0 | but then getting back to what your brain prioritizes look at number one |
| 1:24.4 | survival who helps you to survive your tribe your tribe protects you your inner |
| 1:30.7 | circle your friends your family they you protected, but what happens |
| 1:35.4 | when you decide to grow? |
| 1:37.4 | Many times your tribe isn't on board with that. |
| 1:40.0 | And so you might get kicked out of your tribe, |
| 1:42.4 | so you lose get kicked out of your tribe. So you lose safety. |

| 1:48.0 | just in case there's an emergency? |
| 1:49.8 | Well, your brain is gonna have to burn more calories than ever before when you are trying to change your habits. |
| 1:58.0 | When you're trying to move from being a consumer to a producer, your brain goes into high calorie burning mode, |
| 2:05.5 | and your brain's like, no, I'm good, like, why are we doing this? |
