Probably about a one or a two.

I did feel ashamed when I first started exploring different things in terms of sex,

but then I've come to realize that there's no reason for that.

If it feels good, there's no reason why you shouldn't go ahead and do it if it's not hurting

anybody and everybody's consensual.

I just don't see why I should be ashamed of something that I like.

Can you give us a little overview of what your sex life is like right now and what your favorite parts are?

Right now, it's pretty quiet. As I said we've been married for 25 years and we have a fairly good sex life but I would consider it kind of vanilla. I would like to explore things with her but she's not into the same kind of things that I'm into.

So right now it's pretty quiet, although sometimes I do set up some sessions and go to that Swinger club on my own and just you know to explore my sexuality.
