| 0:28.7 | there's been a steady drumbeat of dissent from researchers and renegades challenging this conventional wisdom. |
| 0:36.0 | So last year, the Academy of Food and Nutrition, previously known as the American Dietetic Association, |
| 0:42.1 | invited several heavy hitters in the field of nutrition |

| 0:46.9 | The group, which included Walter Willett and Darius Mazzafarian from Harvard University |
