Summary

This week on Rise Together, Dave is talking about regret. If you are someone who has let regrets overwhelm or even hijack your mental wellbeing, Dave invites you to try and see regret through a different lens. What if a regret was a resource, that if you were able to tap into it, could afford you the learning and the growth and the agency to have a richer, fuller experience. Rarely will you regret a spontaneous decision to be intentional in spending time with the people that you love. And if there's someone who hasn't reached out to you, someone you've not been connected to, even if it's just over a face time or a quick text, please don't take for granted that there will always be tomorrow or always be next week that they can still receive that message. ----------------------------------- Dave's book Built Through Courage is available now! Dave was recently confronted with the fact that he was living the life someone else wanted for him. After weathering a highly publicized personal crisis amid the backdrop of an international pandemic and navigating the enjoyable but unpredictable waters of being a single father to four kids, he has been forced to become the captain of his own life and is ready to teach others how to do the same.
