Welcome to this episode of The How of Business. This is Henry Lopez. And my guest today is Leo de la Fuente. Leo,

welcome to the show. Thank you for having me. I'm excited to have Leo with us, a brief description

here of his background, and then we'll get into it and have him share his story. And Leo is an

entrepreneur. He's co-founded two different businesses with his partner, including a food truck concept,

which we're going to dive into in this conversation.

He also had an extensive and successful corporate career with experiences in sales and

marketing, including large brands such as Monster Energy and Tequila Eradura.

And so, Leo's originally from South Florida, which is where I'm from.

So we've got that connection.

And he lives here in Coppell, Texas, the suburb of Dallas, which is where I live.

So we have come to know each other here for quite some time.

We're both in the Chamber of Commerce and we both volunteer for a business development program called

Incubator at the local high school. So we've known each other for quite some time. I enjoy his

company. I enjoy his intellect and his knowledge. And so I'm excited that we have him on the show today.

He's going to share with us his journey, how he got to becoming an entrepreneur,

how he launched his first business. We'll talk about the food truck business. That's of interest

to a lot of people. And then his latest venture, he'll share some of the details on what he's

working on next in his next business. The food truck, again, is very important. And I've never had an opportunity

to chat with somebody on the show on this topic. I consult with a lot of my clients, either in my
