stories, shall we? I mean, how many of you listening have had difficulty making peace with your own plate?

Is it this new diet, that new diet, do you have

why you're as healthy or how much willpower you have,

why you're as healthy or unhealthy, thin or heavy,

all of those things. we create these limiting beliefs or these stories

and then they end up becoming these self-fulfilling prophecies a lot of times

where those stories may have originated in childhood, but then we grow.

And maybe they were adaptive at one point, but they become maladaptive as we are actually living in our lives and grown up. So my

platform and I'm always interested in storytelling as a way of teaching because really

isn't it how we all learn most.
