| 1:28.6 | stress, chronic overwhelm, fight or flight, like living in that. And when we are living in, |
| 1:34.9 | I believe there are basically two main emotional states, which are your sympathetic nervous system |
| 1:41.6 | regulates sort of the fight or flight when you're really, really activated. And the other emotional state, which is your parasympathetic nervous system, |
