we're living in eh but how are you how are you managing down there are you doing all right

yeah everything seems to be going tickly boo i've been doing a bit of the old running a bit of

cycling just keep yourself keep yourself a little bit of trim if i can but all all is all as well

I'm developing a paunch and the scale is going higher with every passing day.

But, you know, I'm going to get out there and do something about it, I think, soon enough. But yes, so today, we thought we'd do something a little bit

different, I suppose, because we've been knocking out the interviews lately. And I thought,

why not just do a little bit of a jam session? And the thing that inspired it, and I don't know

who made this, so credit where it's due to whoever it is, if you're listening, let us know

and we'll give you a shout out. The 007, 25 day challenge. That's like a meme

that's been going around all the socials where it's like, for every day, for 25 days,

you name your favorite thing about bond. You've probably seen it where it's, you know,

you've got all the bonds across the top and then day one, favorite bond, day two, favourite Bond film, and so on and so forth. So I thought, why not?
