Summary

Themes: Emotional Wellness, Mental Health, Sexuality, Societal Conditioning, Identity, Motherhood, Divorce   Summary:  Meet Amanda Goetz, my good friend and founder of House of Wise. I’m always inspired by what is born from the space of pain, which is why I wanted to have Amanda on to share her story. Raised in a conservative Midwest home, Amanda is a former group-fitness instructor, marathoner, and overall health nut. Over the past few years, she has navigated a divorce while being a mom of three children and working as a VP at a major wedding industry brand. Amanda turned to CBD out of desperation, and it changed her life. What she has created from her challenges is incredible and I hope her conversation inspires you as it did me.   Discover: Amanda’s story of divorce during the pandemic and how her personal exploration into cannabis products led to a new business How Amanda is working to change the stigma and shame associated with cannabis products Amanda’s ritual for switching from ‘Mom mode’ to ‘date mode’ and the importance of allowing your different identities to co-exist How our cannabinoid system works and the way House of Wise’s CBD products are created to ensure your body and mind get the most out of every drop (or bite) The importance of intentional self-care and its profound correlation with self-worth   Links: House of Wise Co. | Use code CREATETHELOVEBOGO to get one free box of gummies when you buy one box at houseofwise.co Instagram: House of Wise + Amanda Goetz   Sponsors: Organifi | Use code CREATETHELOVE for 20% off all products at organifi.com/createthelove Create the Love Cards | Use code CTLCARDS15 for 15% off at createthelove.com/cards Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands

released in a way, that like through the pain, if we go into it, there is an aspect of us

that is finally recognized, that is finally born, that has been maybe rejected or socialized

0:50.9

to not even be paid attention to, or we had to leave behind to belong to the

relationship or the church or the community.

0:58.9

And so there's always something so profound that is created from those things.

1:03.9

And creations that help other people walk through that.

And it can be a creation as simple as a food or a product or a service that is what we

needed to make it through or something that helped us sort ourselves out.
