0:21.4	For me, this sounds so bizarre, but I get,
0:24.6	LinkedIn maxes people out.
0:26.6	You can only have 30,000 connections on LinkedIn, right?
0:30.8	And that might sound like a lot,
0:32.0	but I've been on LinkedIn now for 10 years showing up on the
0:36.7	daily for almost five years, right?
0:40.3	So I've got a pretty big community on LinkedIn, well over 30,000 connections.
0:44.7	What that means is when someone sends me a Connect request, which happens a lot,
0:50.3	I have to go in and deactivate an existing connection, basically fire someone from my
0:57.2	inner circle in order to add that person on.
1:00.1	So it takes time, right?
1:01.9	It takes me at least five or ten minutes. I have to scroll through, find someone that I don't know, or I'm not communicating with or whatever.
1:07.0	Unhook from them, go back and find the other, it's a pain, right? So anytime that I receive connection requests, I try to read as many of them as I can, but I typically, of course, I'm not going to do it, right?
1:22.9	I mean, why would you do something that's going to take up five or ten minutes of your time
