| 1:45.0 | She, shine, mesh. |
| 1:51.0 | Now I want you to say just the SH sound, and while you're saying it, place two fingers on the front of your throat. Do it with me. |
| 2:03.6 | Shh. Notice that you don't feel a vibration against your fingers when you say that sound. |
| 2:12.6 | Now let's turn the SH sound into a ZH sound by activating our vocal cords deep in our throat. |
