Today we are talking about how to change your body composition after having a baby.

build muscle if fat loss is your goal, how to incorporate that in a way that is healthy and sustainable. But I want to reiterate that this is not a fast process and there's going to take some learning. You're going to potentially, you know, have

So first off, what is body recomposition?

Body recomposition means improving the ratio of fat mass

to muscle mass in your body.

This is generally in the form of decreasing fat mass

while increasing muscle mass. And yes, you can kind of do the same thing simultaneously or do both simultaneously

But it can also be body composition can also be decreasing fat mass while maintaining muscle mass or even
