The average age of the first time home buyer in the United States last year was 36 years old.

So there's no way in hell that a 20-year-old can buy a home, right?

Big fatty wrong. This is Quaid, and he's going to tell you how he bought a home at the tender age of 20 years old,

even after a so-called real estate professional told him that he couldn't do it, that you should

just buy a mobile home instead. Now let that be a lesson to everyone. If you're out there and you're

a millennial or a Gen X or a boomer and you tell Gen Z that they can't do something,

you better be right because you can bet your ass that they're going to research it and see if you're full of it.

lesson? People listening right now, they wish they were you.

What can people do to be like you? What did you learn in the whole buying your first home

process? I'd say like the main thing would be to trust your realtor, but then again, I also

found a really good realtor from you through the unicorn system.

And that was made me able to trust my realtor.

And I got a lot of information from her.

She gave me a really good lender.

I worked with him the entire way.

And yeah, I pretty much say just trust your lender.

I mean, they've been doing this. Their career. You know, I totally understand why people out there

feel taking advantage of or cautious, right? That's because the industry sucks.
