This is my leak and this is my podcast. Today we are going to talk about how to become more

empowered about our health with the help of my friend Dr. Lauren Powell. There will be some laughing and

medicine physician, corporate wellness facilitator, and Media Personality.

She hosts Urban Indeed, the first national television show to offer health and wellness insights

through a multicultural lens. She is here to provide actionable

steps for us to become more involved in our health care, make better use of our

health care

decisions and actively participate in our care plans to achieve

healthier outcomes.
