However, today it's just the Ian show because Scott, like a very healthy, balanced individual

is taking vacations.

This is a man that takes family vacations.

Now, I'm not sure if it's Scott that is orchestrating.

Who am I kidding?

It is not Scott that's orchestrated these vacations.

His wife, Lisa, who I met my last time out in the UK.

She's so great.

She, I think, is saying to Scott, you need balance.

It can't all just be about the base, dude.

It can't all just be about the base, dude.

It's got to be about other things, dude. It's got to be about other things, too.

It's got to be about family, right?

We got to get in the RV and take the kids and do stuff.

And I got to tell you, that's very, very inspirational and sort of convicting to me.

I am a bit of a workaholic, I admit. I love doing

what I do. I love making content for you. I love playing the bass. I like doing gigs. I like

traveling. I like playing gear. You know, all the things, right? This is the life that I love.

And then I also love my family, but I struggle, I've talked about this before, I really struggle to make very present family time because I like what I do so much. And that's just a struggle. I know it. At least that's half the battle. It's not like, I'm not trying to blame anyone else for it. Like, you know, if my wife is like, hey, we should, we should be hanging out more, spending more time with the kids together. You know, I'm not saying things like, you just don't get it. Can you imagine? You just don't get it. You don't get my passion. I'm not saying that crap would make me such an asshole.
