So I've been expecting an email regarding a new project.

I've been expecting it really all month long the entire month of April.

And it doesn't come until the last week of April.

When I've got several loans that need to be closed in the next two weeks,

and I've got three out-of-state trips planned in the next four weeks. So the reason that affects this week's show
