And the fact that you need to lose one pound before you lose five, 10 pounds for you

lose 11, and 20 pounds before you lose 21, an ounce before you lose one pound.

I mean, this is the kind of incremental progress that your body goes through.

So I think because of social media and everything that's instant gratification,

we forget that just because those headlines or those titles of YouTube videos or, you know,

that shock value, everyone's just numb to the real hard work and numb to what real progress

looks like. You don't notice a headline unless it's like, wow, man loses 200 pounds in three months. You're like, holy shit, how the fuck did that happen? Yeah, it's like a Ripley's Believe it or Not show because it's not realistic. If that's even possible, I mean, you might be able to lose 200 pounds in three months, even with liposuction. I don't even know if that's appropriate to lose that much in a short period of time, even with LIPO.

You know what I'm saying? So we're just very, very desensitized to amazing progress. So it's

really important that you understand what this means to be patient, what it means to put in that

hard work and what kind of delay gratification, what that means to put in that hard work, and what kind of

delayed gratification, what that actually means, what that feels like. It's the most satisfying

thing you could ever experience, no joke. So keep that in mind. When you're making progress,

delayed gratification and that kind of progress via delayed gratification is the most satisfying.
