1:07.7	Thanks, Todd, it's great to be on.
1:09.4	What is this case Moil v. the United States about?
1:13.8	Idaho passed a law that said abortion would be allowed if the mother's life was in danger
1:18.8	or if there was a medical emergency or in cases of sexual assault. The federal government came in and said
1:26.7	you have to perform abortions in your emergency room for life or health reasons.
1:32.0	And as many people in the pro-life movement know, the Supreme
1:35.8	Court 50 years ago defined health so broadly to mean just about anything. So the state of Idaho
1:42.2	objected and challenged the ruling
1:45.2	from the federal government. So they've been going back and forth in the lower
1:48.5	courts and it finally reached the Supreme Court as to whether or not hospitals in Idaho would have to perform
1:55.7	abortions in their emergency rooms.
