Here we go. So. So, Welcome back to the quarter of the day show. I'm your host Sean Croxton and Sean Croxton.

We got Brian Tracy on the show today and today Brian is talking about productivity and time management and he's going to talk about how the results that you're getting are a direct reflection of how you manage your time.

Most people waste their time.

They talk about their goals and what they're going to accomplish, but they don't put the time into it. They just don't.

There is an amazing exercise, very helpful, that I learned from Darren Hardy Hardy and it goes like this.

Essentially it asks what is your goal, right?

What is your stretch goal?

And then there are three questions you have to answer.

What are you going to do more of?

What are you going to do more of? What are you going to do less of and what do you need to stop?

And so, for example, what are you going to do more of?

I'm going to do more delegating. I'm going to do more reading. I'm going to do more networking

and then be very specific about how much time you're going to put into those, right?

What are you going to do less of? I'm going to do less scrolling. I'm going to limit

myself to 20 minutes a day on social media. I'm going to do less of watching basketball. That's one for me. I need to watch less basketball.

Like my commitment for the rest of the season is to only watch Golden State Warriors games, right?

Because if I'm watching the Memphis Grizzlies, if I'm watching the Lakers, that's two and a half hours per game.
