and I am so happy to be with you again today as together we can consider the many ways to bring your mind and body back to its natural peace and calm. We're going to talk about sleep.

Some of the things we want to remember is that it can be it can be quite common to have nights where we don't get a full night sleep.

And actually insomnia is common in adults and there's that you know it's been quoted in one in three have

a cow occasional bouts and one in ten suffer with chronic insomnia so I want to

talk to you about how to make those occasional nights not

turn into chronic bouts or chronic insomnia.

Because one of the things that's actually caused

when you don't get enough sleep is anxiety.

So it's like if you already have anxiety

and then you start not sleeping, you're just constantly

fueling the fire of your anxiety and your stress hormones that are keeping you in that anxious state.

You know, when we look at it, insomnia is due to a lot of different reasons but it's largely psychological.

And some of the following that I'm going to read off play a big part in not being able to get enough sleep.

And that's chronic stress.

It's being tense.

It's having depression.

Anxiety, and of course anxiety causes insomnia
