your fantastic chat where the man deciles on small doses and a really huge

thing I resonated with was the idea of silliness. I often find myself feeling

completely silly, talking about or practicing many Wu things, sometimes even

when I'm completely alone. The Silly remains despite my whole heart of belief

in what I'm doing. Do you have any tips or advice on how to deal with these

false narratives around Wu that we make experience and how we may better

embrace our own practices from a place of non-judgment? As always thank you for
