Hey everyone. How are you? You know, I'm not great.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg died last night.

Things are just, they're not great at this exact moment.

I have quite a bad headache right now.

And I'll explain why in a second.

And yeah, okay.

So here's the thing. I am not talking about this week's 16 and recovering today.

I watched it last night and when I lost it, I think that would be an understatement. I knew it was

going to be a sad episode. I saw in the previews that obviously somebody died.

Like in the first episode, they show a, like, the way that they show these kids crying

in a way that, like, I knew somebody had to be dead, like, just from being in that experience.

And then a bunch of people messaged me this week being like, this week's episode is so sad. I was like, please don't spoil it for me. I actually really

like 16 in recovering and I want to be able to watch it like a normal person, you know,

like not like somebody doing a podcast. So I was able to stay like unspoiled, but everybody was

like tagging me that it was so sad.

And then, um, yeah, I watched it and I was hysterically crying for a full hour.

And then the first thing I did when I finished this episode was to open my phone and see

the news of RBG dying breaking and then I was like well that

really sucks and then I just spent the rest of the night crying about 16 and recovering and

I have a really bad headache as a result like I was crying for three hours last night it was

just really triggering for me, like really triggering.
